    What changes...

    What a year.

    So many things have changed in my life.  I've discovered a passion for people that I haven't had before--with the Commoner Forum, Displace Me, and my Break For Change trip to Mexico, I've finally realized that life is so much more than just what is right in front of me.  Don't get me wrong--I still end up focusing a lot more on the "here-and-now" right in front of me, but I've decided to get more involved in the things that are a little harder to reach.  The human trafficking issue has been brought up several times in just the past month.  I'm pretty sure God is telling me something.  I have a desire to let people know what's going on around the world; however, I'm still in the stage of not knowing exactly what I can do, but the doors are opening up, and I'm very excited about that.

    In other news, school is almost over.  How does that make me feel?  Relieved...anxious...sad...
    Classes will be over (and that's amazing)...I'll be leaving dear dear friends that I won't see for a long time; there are friends leaving that I won't see for a long time.  The end of the school year is so bittersweet.  I love it and I hate it at the same time.

    It's time for sleep.

        en mi casa...sometimes friends would come over

        Well, yes, but that doesn't mean I actually went to any parties...there were the occasional "Senior Class Party" things, but I don't think that's what this is asking for...

        Probably not

    7. Ever skip school?
        Only if I was sick

    8. Were you a nerd?
        Not by the definition of the word, but I did study a lot

    9. Who was your prom date?
        Matt Boddy

    10. Did you get suspended / expelled?
        Nope

    11. Can you sing the fight song?
        I don't think we had a fight song...

    12. Who was your favorite teacher?
        Mr. Strickland

    13. Favorite class?
        The only classes coming to mind are the ones I didn't like. haha. I liked the Senior Seminar Theatre class though

    14. What was your school's full name?
        First Presbyterian Day School (why it's a "Day" school, I'm not sure...they didn't have night school so I don't get why they had to make the distinction. ha)

    15. School mascot?
        Vikings

    16. Did you go to prom?
        Yes I did...and I liked my dress a whole lot. haha.

    17. If you could go back and do it over, would you?
        No...there were good things about it, but I'm glad to be out

    18. What do you remember most about graduation?
        waiting for it to start so it would be over

        moving into my new house

        I don't remember haviing a senior skip day. haha

        nope

        Oh, the usual...Wendy's, Krystal, etc.

        Disney World with the fam!

        May 2004

        didn't have one...dates to homecoming weren't really a big deal
